Example of operation of Freedom Toke: If you have Toke Free plan and recharge the phone with $ 3 you can talk for 3 days at $ 0.09 per minute, on TT network. If at the end of these three days and you don´t recharge, you can still talk but the price of calls will be $ 0.15, on TT network. As soon as you recharge, you will have again calls on $ 0.09 per minute.
Even if you do not make recharges or communications for a long period, your SIM card is always active.

How can I activate DIAK with what I want?
To activate you will have to have a minimum balance of the same price to adhere in this modality (0.5USD/1USD/3USD) and send an SMS to 8890 with the corresponding text (DL ON, DS ON, DF ON).

After activating DIAK for the first time will it always be my package?
Yes, DIAK will always be your new pricing package and will automatically taken off from your credit according to your choice. If you do not have enough credit to be taken off from DIAK´s offer then it will not be active and the pricing "out of group" will be applied to all your contacts. As soon as you recharge your credit, it will be taken off automatically from your credit according to your pricing package and you will receive DIAK´s offers.

After activating DIAK with one of the 3 modalities can I change my pricing package?
Yes, you can always change your package by sending an SMS to 8890 with a text the package that you wish to change to. For exemple, if you have DIAK Loron and want to change to DIAK Fulan you only need to send an SMS with "DF ON" to 8890.

What happend if have only 1USD on my credit and I want to activate TT Diak Loron1?
In this case a 0.5USD will be taken off from your credit and DIAK will stay active for one day. You will have a balance of 0.5USD. Everyday 0.5 USD will be taken off automatically from your credit and you will have DIAK´s offer and communication to the group with Diak´s price!

What happened if my credit is less than $3 and I want to send an SMS with a text "DF ON", will I have DIAK Fulan active or not?
In this case Diak Fulan will not be active once the credit if not enough. You will need to recharge your SIM card credit to have the same balance as $3 or more and only after will you be able to send SMS with "DF ON" to have it activate.

How can I leave DIAK pricing package?
If you want to leave DIAK pricing package and change your modality automatically it will be taken off from your credit balance by calling 105 and change to a different package.

What is TT Diak Loos?
TT Diak Loos is a new plan of Timor Telecom exclusively thought for students, which allows TT Diak Loos members to communicate to their TT Diak Loos or TT Diak friends at only USD 0.25 per day. This daily fee is charged automatically, 24 hours after joining the plan or after renewing it.

Do I get free calls, free SMS and free Internet on my mobile?
Yes. Once you pay the daily fee of USD 0.25 you get 90 minutes of free calls and 90 free SMS to friends who have also joined TT Diak Loos or TT Diak, and also 10MB of free Internet. To check your balance, simply dial *#102*3*6#.

What happens if I don´t pay USD 0.25 per day?
By joining the plan, the first day is free. After your first day, TT will charge USD 0.25 per day. If your balance is not enough to pay the daily fee, you can still receive and make phone calls, these being charged according to the price table.

What is the bonus top up?
When you join TT Diak Loos plan, you get access to a campaign that offers you a bonus of 50% of your first top up of the month, which can be used as you wish within 6 months. The bonus has a maximum value of USD 10.

How can I join this plan?
To join this plan, you can simply go to a TT store with your poll card (or Passport) and your student card/ registration proof of your School or University; both documents must be valid. This plan is valid for one year and you can renew it every year.
