With Timor Telecom Prepaid services, all the amounts you top-up on your card can be used for calls or services.

The right option for a top-up service.


To have access to TT Pre-Paid service the client needs to have:

        Mobile phone         +         Timor Telecom Simcard



TT SIM card price:

$1 with balance $1.

Bonus 5% at main Balance during 12 months at every top up

Bonus 5% at the main balance has the validity of 12 months counting from the date of the first activation of the SIM card pre-paid.  

After the 1st activation, the card remains active for 30 days. If no top-up is carried out, the card becomes Barred in 60 days, and if you continue without top up it, it will go to Expired status in 60 days, at the end of which period the card will be canceled and you will need to purchase a new card. Otherwise, it will follow the life cycle for each tariff plan, according to the respetive table indicated below.

Note: in accordance with Government Decree no. 9/2008 of April 16, all prepaid SIM cards are, mandatorily, subject to identification and registration upon presentation of an updated document such as Cartão de Eleitor, BI or Passport (in case of foreigner).

The SIM card will be suspended until it has been identified and registered. To do so, go to TT stores, call 172 or send WA +670 78678172, and provide your personal data.

Balance at the end of a voice call – At the end of each call made, you receive a USSD message with the available balance and the promotional campaigns

Notes:
• If you do not top up before the end of the days limit in the Active state, your SIM card will be in Barred state and you will no longer be able to carry out communications, but you will still be able to receive calls and SMS. If you continue for another 60 days without top-up, the card will go into the expired state for another 60 days. After that period, the card will be canceled and you will have to buy a new SIM card with a different number.

• Whenever you carry out a new top-up, your card's life cycle restarts.

Notes:
• With Toke Livre, your SIM card will only go into the Barred state if you have not made calls, SMS or data for 150 days, or without making top-ups. In that case, you will no longer be able to make communications, and you will only be able to receive calls and SMS. Then, if you continue without top-ups for 60 days, the card will go into Expired status, until, after another 60 days without any top-ups, the card will be Canceled and you will have to purchase a new SIM card, with a different number.

• Whenever you carry out a new top-up, and whenever you make a communication before the limit of 150 days in the Active state, your card's life cycle restarts.
