Timor Telecom awarded in the first edition of the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards

Timor Telecom (TT) was given an award by the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards
in the Customer Service Leader of The Year- all other Nations
, category that involves 22 countries of the Asia-Pacific region and it is presented as the brand new Stevie Awards program.
TT was recognized with a Bronze Stevie Award
for the effort that was developed during the year of 2013, in which TT identified customer service as a strategic priority, restructuring its Call Center in Díli, with adapted conditions for the new market needs, such as new human resources, technical and logistic.
The restructuring project was initialized in October 2012 in order to improve the Call Center’s global performance and to provide a service of excellence to the clients, achieving targets and results at the best international level.
This restructuring won the recognition on the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, in which there were more than 500 candidates and more than 50 voting members of the jury, these being the first awards for companies and professionals in this region, in accordance with the accomplishments achieved during the year of 2013 in the customer service and sales areas.
