Timor Timor is able to offer, subject to coverage, the following services via Post Paid fixed phone lines:

National Telephone
Communicate by voice and fax communications within East Timor

International Telephone
Communicate by voice and fax within East Timor and Internationally (This service is subject to a security deposit with TT of $180)

Internet Dial Up
Access the Internet using your fixed line service. To access the internet, a contract needs to be established for Internet services; which requires the payment of a security deposit, and respective activation and monthly internet plan fees.

The client's fixed line service, from where the connection is made, will be billed for the calls to the Internet at a different rate to that for voice calls corresponding to the Internet plan they are signed up to (this service requires a $200 security deposit with TT).
